Days of Action: Boston Harbor Islands

Volunteers will primarily be assisting in removing invasive plant species on the island to improve and promote native biodiversity. Volunteers may also be assisting in preparing the work site for planting native plant species.

Volunteers should pack a lunch, a reusable water bottle, and sunscreen. Volunteers should also wear long pants, long sleeves, socks, a hat, and sturdy closed-toe shoes.

Where: EDIC Pier Boston, 02210 (Hard to find the location, give yourself extra time. An email will be sent with details a few days before the program. Volunteers will then take a boat out to Thompson Island.)
