Prior to OXO, she spent 20 years in the branding world as head of strategy at several boutique and networked brand consultancies, working to define brands and portfolios across categories. Karen has worked with iconic and disruptive global brands, creating powerful brand strategies for brands such as American Eagle Outfitters, Taylor Swift, Wolfgang Puck, The Wall Street Journal and Clairol.
