*Annual membership dues are based on revenue from the most recently certified fiscal year, or expected revenue (USD) for the first fiscal year of membership. In the first year of membership, Licensee pays a one-time activation fee in addition to membership dues.
- Membership dues automatically count toward the annual 1% contribution commitment.
- Dues for the first year of membership are prorated based on the number of full months remaining in your company’s current fiscal year.
- To maintain an accessible membership framework for organizations of all sizes, businesses with projected revenue of $50,000 USD or less in the first year of membership will be charged a reduced activation fee of $100 USD.
- For product-line memberships, the activation fee is a flat fee of $1,000 regardless of revenue size.
Membership Dues Framework for Enterprise Tiers (>$100M USD)
For organizations with annual revenue exceeding $100,000,000 USD, dues are calculated through a standardized assessment.
This assessment determines dues by evaluating the following criteria:
- Verification and certification complexity: The volume of philanthropic organizations
that require internal vetting and onboarding. - Strategic support scope: The level of specialized account management and advisory
services required to integrate 1% for the Planet standards into existing corporate impact
frameworks. - Resource allocation: The administrative hours necessary to facilitate and certify
high-volume giving portfolios.
